Chef interview with Omno Kokmeijer, the talented two star chef of the Ciel Bleu in Amsterdam

I had a lovely meal at Ciel Blue in late 2008. The restaurant has a spectacular view over Amsterdam, and I enjoyed a very fine tasting menu of accomplished dishes. The chef is a very articulate man and this shows in his interview responses.
