This site reviews the top restaurants of the world, including extensive coverage of 3 Michelin star restaurants across the globe.

The reviews are paid for by me, not by restaurateurs, so represent an independent and honest opinion.


There is in-depth coverage of London restaurants, as well as a smattering of places elsewhere in the UK and in countries from the US to Australia.

The site also reviews luxury hotels at which I have stayed, notes on wine buying, and includes a weekly food blog.

In 2006 the Guardian listed this site as one of the top 10 food resources on the web.

Did you know?...

There is a "value for money" measure for London restaurants.  This divides the score of the restaurant by the average price per head (*100) giving a measure of value (higher is better).  You can then search for this on an index in the London section, which shows all the entries in order of value for money.
