I have no idea what one of the best Mexican places in the US is doing in the gastronomic tundra of Florida.  However this place is worth an excursion, serving regional Mexican rather than Tex Mex.  The food is of a very high standard and the service charming.  A real find.  Eduardo Pria has been replaced in the kitchen by his brother Luis, but the standard is apparently still high.

Many thanks to Ivan Klugman for the excellent photos of the food at this restaurant. For other examples of his photography see: www.thephotogourmet.com

08/03/2007 - Ivan Klugman (USA)
We dined at Eduardo last night 3/07/07. I put it on my list of places to try after reading your review. The food was original and of high quality. For example we had a appetizer of grilled winter radish from Ohio. The Colorado Lamb Chops were excellent and the desserts worth the calories. However the Skirt steak special entree was disappointing. Go your own way with the choice of wine the house tries to push some wines that are not the best.
