Sadly this has now closed. It was 18/20 level.
In 1999 it served excellent 2 star Michelin food. In the summer you could sit outside (the restaurant is several floors up) on a couple of tables which overlook the sea, in addition to the main dining room. It was the best place to eat in Cannes, with better food than the somewhat overrated but better-known Palme d’Or.
